does LENS do it?
LENS transfers its unique approach to company management for in-house
use. LENS sessions are characterised by hand-on, pratical methods and
processes that let every participant experience his/her own capacity to apply
the material presented. Theory is used as a support to the pratical work of
the group. LENS has found that people learn best and fastest when they
